Jason Woody from McCaysville, GA with a opening day gobbler, March 21, 2009.  Meeting the “good” turkey criteria (20 + LBS, 9” + beard, 3/4” + spurs).  The bird was taken in Walker County, GA.  The tom came in hot and ready (yea like the pizza), to a Primos power crystal slate call and was shot within 25YDS.

Keegan Ingram, age 11, with his opening day Trophy Tom. The bird was taken March 21, 2009 in Polk County, TN. Weighing in at 28 LBS, the gobbler sported a 10 inch beard and 1 inch spurs.  Keegan is pictured with is guide Glen Wright, both from Greasy Creek, TN.  Way 2 GO GUYS!!!!!

Turkey season.  The Moultrie feeder had been empty for at least two weeks.  The feeder is design to be activate by deer.

Aaron Reece from the North Georgia mountains in Fannin County with a fat gobbler taken April 20, 2009.  Aaron is known locally as an avid sportsman and regularly catches trophy trout from his home region.

Rob Burnette from Chattanooga, TN with a tom shot the last weekend of the season, May 10, 2009. Meeting the “good” turkey criteria (20 + LBS, 9” + beard, 3/4” + spurs). The bird was taken in Walker County, GA.  The bird was shot at 30YDS with a Bennelli Nova, 3 1/2” No. 4 shell.

Charlie Ackers from Middle Tennessee with his 11th Hour Tom.

  Almost didn't make it, but killed this bird next to last day of the Tennessee season, May 9, 2009. This gobbler weighed in at 23 LBS, 10 1/2” beard, and 1 1/2" spurs, this is a mature 4 1/2 year old bird (Notice the two missing tail feathers).  Charlie has harvested a bird every year since 1975.  Not bad for a fellow with Titanium knees and a million dollar smile!!!   

Kain Vail, age 5, taking a mid-day break at the “Gut Hole”.  Kain caught his fish June 27, 2009, while fishing with his dad Ron and me at Citico Creek, Monroe County ,TN.  The stringer count ended up at 13 by day’s end.  The fish were  9 to 13 inch rainbow trout, with a few “chunks”. 

Kenny and Owens Fuquea with a full stringer of rainbow trout (one brown).  The fish were caught on July 10th and 11th on the Hiwassee River in Polk County, TN. The fish were caught during periods of both high and low water flow conditions float tubing with spinning tackle.

Lodging at Reliance Fly and Tackle made for a comfortable and convenient overnight stay.

Jason Woody And Will Martin with a nice stringer of rainbow trout caught from Citico Creek in Monroe County, TN.  The big fish on this trip were 14 inches and weighted just under a pound.  The fish were caught on July 17th, 2009.

Alea Johnson, age 8, first deer. A five point harvested in Gordon County Georgia, November 28, 2009. Alea made a great shot; taking the buck at 125 YDS with her single shot .243.

Susan Clark got a pretty good 8-pointer November 27, 2009 in Walker County, Georgia.  The buck weighted 175 lbs on the hoof.

Ron Vail and son Kain with doe taken November 21, 2009 in Walker County, Georgia.  This was Kain’s first deer hunt and he is now in pursuit of a daddy deer. The doe had a trophy tongue at a little over 3 1/2 inches.

Jason Woody from McCaysville, GA with a Cohutta WMA black bear.  The bear was taken from the deep woods of Fannin County, GA on December 4, 2009.  Jason got a buck from the same stand a day earlier.

Scott White from Little Rock , Arkansas  with huge Stafford County, KS main frame ten point.  That deer weighed just under 300 pounds.  It has a inside spread of 20.5", with a 2.5" kicker off it's right base and grossed 178 2/8.  Click for Scott’s 2008 buck

Kim Phelps from Whitfield County, GA with a 130 class 8 point.  The buck was taken November 21, 2009 in Hancock County, GA near Sparta.

The Wittmann’s had a great hunt the weekend before Thanksgiving 2009.  The deer were harvested in Richland County during Wisconsin’s gun season.  Bryan Wittmann on the left with an absolutely beautiful, massive 8 point that was 6 ½” diameter at the base and it carried 6” of diameter out past the G2.  Steve Wittmann shot a the smaller rack 8 point, but it had a bigger body with an estimated weight of 190# field dressed.  

Pennsylvania deer killed on the last day of the rifle season. The buck rough scored 138, with a dressed weight of 170lbs.
